As an important business associate, we would like to inform you that OTT AS (Onsite Treatment Technologies) and OTS AS (Offshore Technical Services) are in the final process to merge the two companies, and expect the process will be completed within May 2020.
OTS will be the acquiring company, and the core competencies of both companies will be brought forward into the merged company
By merging OTT AS and OTS AS we will strengthen our capabilities, increase our scope of supply and services to the customers, and also optimize the utilization of our diverse equipment fleet and services.
The name of the merged company will be Onsite Treatment Services AS, (OTS). Location of our main office and workshop in Norway will be: Nor Sea Basen 104 4065 Tananger.
In relation to the merger, there will be some organisational changes on top level. To strengthen our Sales and Business development effort, Tore Rygh, former CEO of OTT AS, will be our new Sales and Business Director.
Leif Egil Solem, former CEO at OTS, will use his long and wide experience and knowhow to serve the merged company as the Technical Advisor.
Øyvind Jensen, former VP for Business Development in both former companies, will have the position as CEO of the merged company, Onsite Treatment Services AS.
