Special designed unit for filtration of small amount of chemicals and hydraulic oil reservoir, fuel tanks etc.

The following equipment is available in the rental package:

• 2″ chemical hoses in 5 meters length, working pressure max 16 bar
• All hoses are equipped with 2″ Cam-lock or Fig 206 connections and certified by DNV.
• 3″ chemical injection pump, with a max flow 800 l/m at 7 bars, all 316L.
• Standard, single or combi-cartridge unit, air/hydraulic driven, all 316L.
• 2″ Ball valves, x-over, T-piece etc. All 316L with viton seals.
• 2″ flow meter to measure the low-pressure line.
• 1″ air hoses, pressure regulator and a special key for assembling 2″ BSP cam-lock on chemical tanks.

Specially designed manifold with 5 ea inlets and 2 ea outlets all equipped with 2″ cam-lock. Including a drip tray to prevent spill. All in 316 L.

Chemical filtration skid

Special designed unit for filtration of small amount of chemicals and hydraulic oil reservoir, fuel tanks etc.

The unit is equipped with an air driven Yamada NDP-25-BPT pump. Max water discharge is 160 l/min at 1 bar. Max discharge pressure for the pump is 5 bar. The pump is fitted with Teflon membranes which are resistant to most common chemicals.

The filter pod is connected to the pump with hoses. The pod is fitted with pressure gauge to read the differential pressure across the filters during operations. Max differential pressure allowed across the filters are 2,5 bar. Max working pressure is 7,5 bar.

The filter unit is manufacture for handling 3ea filters with a length of 10″. Filters available in different micron size.

The unit is equipped with spill tray to prevent spill when disconnecting and changing filters. In and outlet 1″ camlock.
